Cece O'Connor

Most useful skill: Coaching start-up founders and other innovators
Not afraid to: Speak her mind
Party trick: Pictures of her puppy, a boxer named Kingston (pictured above)
Current obsession: podcasting
Cece's passion is innovation. That also happens be one of her great talents. Others strengths: communicating, listening, and helping inspire greatness in those around her. While at Calloway Golf, Gilette, and companies she is not allowed to name because of confidentiality agreements, Cece worked on the development of new products and brands. Cece loves using storytelling everyday in her work. She leads research missions to understand what consumers need, how they view certain products or experiences, and ultimately she helps innovators understand: What is the horizon of possibility? And what path should we be taking? Cece hails from Arizona and then lived in Connecticut before migrating west. On a Saturday afternoon, you'll find her relaxing with her family and friends and, of course, playing with Kingston.
